  • Before watching How to Have a Healthy Smile, ask kids if they have any tips on how to keep teeth healthy.
  • Then watch the video. Ask kids what new tips they learned.

Materials: My Healthy Teeth Chart skill sheets, pencils

  • As kids read in the mini book, there are many things they can do to keep their teeth healthy every day! With this handy chart, families can work with children to track their healthy habits.
  • Give each child a copy of the chart. You might want to send a note home to families as well. For one full week, have children check off the good things they did for their teeth each day.
  • At the end of the week, have children look at their charts. They can see which healthy habits they find easy to do and which ones they need to work on.
